How long is it valid?
The card is valid for 90 days from the date of your first booked class. You have 1 year to activate the card.
Can I buy more than one?
Yes, you can buy an unlimited number of cards and activate them separately (see the answer to the previous question). However, please remember that you need to activate each card within one year from the purchase date.
What happens after 3 months?
If you haven’t activated your card yet, you still have 9 months left to do so. Once you’ve booked your first class, you will lose access to booking classes after 3 months.
Can I pause the card?
No, we do not put class cards on hold.
Can I extend my card if I still have credits left after 3 months?
No, the Seasonal 10 Class Card is valid for use only within 3 months from the activation date.
What will happen to my credits?
If you don’t use all 10 classes within 3 months from the activation date, you will lose any remaining credits.
