ABOUT

Bart’s yoga journey started because of a neck injury. But soon noticed that a frequent practice not only restored his body but also slowed down his mind. That’s when he fell in love with yoga. Noticing many of his peers also struggled with their minds being “always on”, he decided to become a yoga teacher. To help others be more in control of their mind – one breath at a time.

His style of teaching is strong yet mindful. He often incorporates breathing techniques to slow down the mind and body.
