The training is divided over four weekends, blending theory and practice. On the third weekend, you’ll have the opportunity to practice your upcoming ceremony at Bluebirds. During the final days of the training, you’ll host your own cacao ceremony (in a group). This way, you’ll graduate having already facilitated your very own ceremony—how amazing is that?!

Meet your teacher: Hailey Noa
With a lifelong passion for exploring the mystery of the Soul and its influence on essence and destiny, she has spent the past nine years guiding others on this journey—helping them reconnect with their Soul’s wisdom and purpose.
Her path with cacao began as a profound homecoming. From the very first ceremony, it was clear that cacao was more than just a plant—it was a teacher, a guide, and a portal into deep inner wisdom. Driven by curiosity and devotion, she traveled to Guatemala to study cacao at its source, immersing herself in its history, traditional use, and the art of sharing it in a way that is safe, sacred, and deeply respectful of its origins.
Today, her knowledge of cacao is interwoven with years of experience in shamanism, soul work, coaching, and ancient spiritual traditions—forming a unique and intuitive approach. This training is designed to help participants develop their own authentic way of working with cacao, rather than following a rigid formula. Together, they will explore how to craft a signature ceremony that feels aligned, powerful, and deeply personal.

Do I need prior experience to join this training?
No! This training is designed for both beginners and those who already work with cacao in some way. Whether you’re new to cacao or have attended ceremonies before, you’ll gain the knowledge, confidence, and tools to lead your own ceremonies in a way that feels aligned with you.
Will I receive a certification?
Yes! After completing the 50-hour training, you’ll receive a Cacao Ceremony Facilitator Certification. This certifies that you’ve completed the training and are equipped to facilitate your own cacao ceremonies.
What kind of cacao will we be using?
We’ll be working with my own cacao brand, Soul Cacao-a high-quality, ceremonial-grade cacao that has been ethically sourced. You’ll also learn how to choose the right cacao for your ceremonies and how to prepare it properly.
Are there any health considerations or contraindications for cacao?
Yes. While cacao is generally safe, it is a heart-opening plant medicine that can affect blood pressure and interact with certain medications, such as antidepressants (SSRIs and MAOIs). If you have a heart condition, take medication, or are pregnant, please consult a doctor before consuming large amounts of cacao.
What if I don't want to facilitate ceremonies but just want to deepen my relationship with cacao?
That’s totally fine! While this training is designed for those who want to facilitate, it’s also a deep dive into cacao as a personal practice. You’ll gain knowledge, tools, and practices that will enrich your connection with cacao, even if you don’t plan to hold ceremonies for others.
I'm not a (yoga) teacher, facilitator, coach, or healer-can I still join this training?
Absolutely! You don’t need to be a yoga teacher, facilitator, coach, or healer to join. This training is designed for anyone who feels called to work with cacao, whether for personal deepening or to share it with others. You’ll learn everything from the ground up, so even if you’ve never led a ceremony before, you’ll leave feeling confident and ready to hold space in a way that feels natural to you. Of course, if you already have other skills in your tool bag, you can apply them to your ceremonies. This is how you make the ceremonies yours.
I already host ceremonies-will I still get value from this training?
Yes! If you’re already holding space, this training will help you deepen your connection with cacao, refine your facilitation skills, and expand your ceremonies in new ways. You’ll gain a stronger foundation in the history and traditional use of cacao, learn how to work with it in an even more intentional and sacred way, and explore new elements-like music, meditation, and ritual-to enhance your offerings.
