Hi, I’m Fleur and found yoga years ago through my professional dance background. The conscious way of breathing, moving and living was something that really connected with me and my vision. By turning inwards and really getting in touch with your true self, I believe that yoga is healing for body and soul. I love to work in a Vinyasa Flow to good music with challenging asanas, but also to make it accessible to everyone in a responsible way.
During my pregnancy my passion for Prenatal Yoga was born. It has brought me so much confidence, peace and trust that I would like to share that and apply the combination with Ayurveda. Self-care for (future) mothers is so very important and yoga & ayurveda can help you with that.
