What to expect?

During this 90 minute session, we will:

• Open with a sharing circle to ground and connect.
• Engage in connected breathing for 45 minutes, creating space within the body to release what no longer serves you – “ be it trauma, tension, or anything you’re holding onto.
• Close with a gentle practice to leave you feeling centered and open-hearted.

Q&A:

  • What is the Conscious Connected Breathing technique?

    There are many breathing techniques available to explore, but today the focus is on Conscious Connected Breathing. This active and circular breathing method raises your body’s vibrations and ignites the flow of your life energy (prana). Unlike traditional breathing, it is a rhythmic flow of inhales and exhales without a pause in between.It enables you to connect with the higher state of consciousness. It encourages you to go within & beyond, visit all the corners of your soul. With the help of this technique you will hear what you need to hear in order to shed off old layers and make space for what is good for you

  • What are the benefits of this breathwork method?

    It will bring you into a state of deep consciousness and presence, allowing for physical and emotional detox. Similar to emptying a glass full of water, we hope to give you back a feeling of spaciousness for yourself, family and friends.

  • How to prepare for the session?

    Please do not eat 2 hrs prior to the event, due to the nature of breathwork it’s best to have space within the stomach and digestive tract. Please no alcohol, it will inhibit your ability to consciously connect and remain present within the event.Wear comfortable clothes and bring a bottle of water.

  • Are there any contraindications?

    If you have any heart related health issues, high blood pressure, epilepsy, have had any recent surgery or any other mental/physical conditions we should be aware of, please reach out beforehand to discuss whether it’s safe for you to participate.

  • Is it safe to join if I’m pregnant?

    If you’re pregnant, please contact the facilitators to determine whether it’s safe for you to join or if a private session would be more suitable at this time.

  • How will I feel after the session?

    Experiences are truly unique to the individual, but we aim to help you feel a deeper connection to yourself with a greater openness to what is within. You will feel more present and aware of yourself and your surroundings.
