How to prepare?

  • wear comfortable clothing for ease of movement
  • avoid heavy meals and refrain from eating at least an hour before start of the workshop

The primary goal of our hormones is to maintain balance within as the outside world constantly changes. Hormones regulate numerous processes, from metabolism and energy levels to mood and reproduction. In today’s society, various disruptors such as stress, processed foods, and lack of physical activity can significantly interfere with this balance. Additionally, internal changes like the menstrual cycle, pregnancy, and menopause can create hormonal fluctuations.

What is Hormone Yoga?

Hormone Yoga was developed by Brazilian yoga instructor Dina Rodrigues. She created a specialized series focusing on stimulating key hormone glands. During Hormone Yoga, you’ll practice a series of specific exercises designed to stimulate these glands crucial for hormonal balance. Dynamic asanas combined with specific breathing techniques, energy cultivation technique and relaxation exercise improve blood flow to hormone glands and stimulate hormone production. Regular practice of this Hormone Yoga series helps restore hormonal balance, reducing both physical and mental symptoms; it can reduce or alleviate (pre)menstrual and menopausal symptoms, infertility issues, and postpartum hormonal imbalances.

Who is Hormone Yoga for?

Hormone Yoga is for every woman, regardless of age. It’s particularly beneficial for women experiencing hormonal imbalances, but even if you’re symptom-free, it’s a beneficial practice for maintaining a healthy hormone system and body.


This workshop is not suitable for:

  • pregnant or breastfeeding women
  • anyone with extensive endometriosis or endometriosis cysts
  • anyone with one or more myomas

Meet your facilitator:

My name is Fleur, and besides being a mother, wife, sister, friend, and entrepreneur, I am a caring, optimistic, and sincere woman. From a young age, I realized how hormones fluctuate throughout the month, causing various symptoms. However, I used to think it was just part of life and pushed myself to extremes driven by my perfectionism and the demands of the performance-driven society. In 2017, I decided to shake things up and ventured into the wonderful world of yoga. There, I discovered a completely new side of myself; I finally learned to relax and gradually transitioned from being a “everything must be perfect” person to a slightly more “go with the flow” type, although this remains a daily challenge, but being aware of it helps immensely! I followed various teacher trainings and began teaching in 2018 (yin yoga and yoga nidra).

Two years later, after my first pregnancy, I encountered another major hormonal imbalance, and that’s when Hormone Yoga crossed my path. It was a revelation! I felt better than ever, more balanced, energetic, confident, and just happier. Even my PMS symptoms disappeared. In 2021, I decided to follow a Hormone Yoga teacher training with the Hormone Yoga expert Sylvia Mullaart-Bonn. Sylvia, trained by Dinah Rodrigues, has expanded the Hormone Yoga series with the latest insights, and I am incredibly grateful to have received all that valuable knowledge from her. My mission? To pass on that knowledge to as many women as possible!

I am completely fascinated by the endocrine system, and currently, I am furthering my knowledge through the Trainer Hormoonfactor course by Ralph Moorman. That way, I hope to guide women even better towards a more energetic, happier, relaxed, and healthier life.

With my authentic, driven, and caring personality, I am here to guide you towards more balance, relaxation, and energy. With an open, relaxed appearance, I create a safe space where you will feel completely at ease to just be yourself. Let’s shine together and make the world a little brighter! 🌟
