Making Ayurveda’s nectar – full moon ceremony

Do you like sweets? Your body for sure does! It LOVES good quality sweets because it’s our main source of nourishment!

During this interactive and workshop we will prepare something delicious together. An elixir that will please the heart, lubricate the brain and ignite your fire.

In a ceremonial setting we will make together home-made ghee with soaked dates – an ancient treat and medicine. We will also share with you all the benefits of this juicy recipe, of some common kitchen spices, and of ghee in general!

We invite you to not only nourish the body with this nectar but also nurture the soul by getting to know new people, connecting, and embracing the sweetness that comes from sharing knowledge, experiences, and the joy of creating together.

We also wish to open up the space for questions and curiosities you might have on Ayurveda.

What is Ayurveda?

Ayurveda is a ancient holistic medical science that explains the workings of the universe and of us, individuals, in our connection with the environment we live in. According to Ayurveda we are born with a physical blueprint that has certain qualities. When we able to understand the nature of our unique body, we can adjust our food and lifestyle in order to support it. Ayurveda is the science of prevention and of well-being. It teaches us how to create peace within our body and within our mind, so that we can fully bloom as individuals.
