I started getting into yoga at 19 during quite a challenging period in my life. When I practiced yoga I noticed: if I do this one thing, all the rest goes a little bit easier. The challenges and changes kept coming and going over the years, as they do, but yoga has been the most consistent and reliable healing tool through it all. The longer I practiced, the more I felt the urge to learn how to share this with others and help them experience what yoga can do for our mind and body. It is my deep honour to be on both sides of the mat now, to play and move and breathe together and to share this beautiful practice with you.
