Anne Hermans is a passionate prenatal yoga teacher dedicated to supporting expectant mothers on their journey. Through her warm and encouraging approach, she inspires confidence and fosters a sense of community among her students. Her parents are yogi’s and without being consciously aware of it, that’s where her yoga journey started. After a little detour in Amsterdam’s fashion industry, she started teaching hatha yoga in 2016. Her hatha classes attracted many pregnant women, so in 2019 she decided she wanted to learn
more about how to support the pregnant women in her classes better. During her training she immediately felt strongly connected to the prenatal practice and the holistic view on women’s health fitted perfectly in her Ayurveda background. She loves the magical feeling in prenatal classes and soon these classes became her favorite classes to teach.
Anne is trained in both yin and yang yoga, so during this course you will learn how to build prenatal classes
in your own style. For more information about Anne, check out www.the-yoga-nest.com
