About the facilitator

Lydia is an acupuncturist and yogi who loves to share healing tools to empower clients and students to feel better in their mind and body.

Lydia was diagnosed with IBS in her late teens, and later diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis (an inflammatory bowel disease). Through the last 10 years of managing these symptoms she has explored and found relief in holistic remedies, like, acupuncture; massage and yoga and the power of a balanced diet and lifestyle. She curates her classes, workshops and treatments around these tools, guiding you to integrate tools that will create a happier, healthier and more vibrant life.
