Sound Healing by Hélène (The 8 Moons)

 Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes and other healing instruments. The sound waves created during this segment will help you relax your nervous system, ease tense and reconnect with your ability to heal.

Acupuncture by Josefine

Five acupuncture points will be stimulated on the ear with small needles with the purpose of activating the vagus nerve. The vagus nerve is a pathway in our bodies connecting the brain to several vital organs and is therefore playing an important role in regulating digestion, heart rate, hormonal health and emotional health. When activated the body’s relaxation response takes place and promotes the body to release tension, inflammation and to heal. 

Release Massage by Jillian ( from Stone Body Work)

Jillian will target areas of tension and stress in your body. This therapeutic session is designed to help you let go of physical and emotional blockages, promoting overall well-being and inner peace

Meet Hélène

Hélène, a person behind The 8 Moons, is a certified myofascial release practitioner, channeler, ceremonial facilitator, and Sound Alchemist. She crafts unique soundscapes using crystal singing bowls to promote deep relaxation, pain relief, and support emotional release.

For the Harmonize Your Nervous System series, Hélène collaborates with Josefin, a certified acupuncturist, and Jillan, a skilled and talented massage therapist, to create a holistic and transformative experience.
