Tash’s classes are an open invitation to question old patterns and to kindle a curiosity within your own practice. Tash hopes to inspire you with her creative flows that allow you flow and breathe into a meditative state, to move in a way that feels truly free, and to ultimately come home to yourself. Her classes are slow and fluid with moments offered for free flow throughout. 


Super Flow – Expect plenty of options for play, from arm balances to animal moving, to just getting off of the mat.

Relax Flow – Expect slow waves of gooey movement, music that will dive you deep, and deeply restorative yin pose.

Pilates – A fun and super challenging practice that will support and grow your yoga practice.
