Meet Sabrina – Your teacher

Sabrina discovered the transformative power of yoga years ago and recalls the profound impact of her very first Ashtanga Yoga class on her body and mind. Captivated by this beautiful practice, she soon began her daily and consistent Mysore-style Ashtanga Yoga journey. Over the years, she has deepened her practice through multiple trips to Mysore, studying at the Sharath Yoga Center under the guidance of Guruji Sharath Jois.

Currently teaching Ashtanga Yoga at Bluebirds Yoga, Sabrina is an E-RYT 500 Yoga Alliance registered teacher. Alongside her Ashtanga teachings, she has a deep passion for sharing the practices of Meditation and Pranayama and other styles of Yoga

Sabrina also offers a variety of healing sessions (such as Sound Healing, Ayurvedic Massage, Ayurvedic Diet and Bodywork), creating a holistic approach to well-being that nurtures both the body and mind.
